roads (Scotland) Act 1984

(SKEOBERRY, QUENDALE) (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that on 31st January 2003 Shetland Islands Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 71 (2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above named order.

Copies of the Order as made and of the accompanying plans have been deposited at the Roads Service, Toll Clock Centre, Grantfield, Lerwick, Shetland, and may be inspected there free of charge during normal office hours.

The effect of this Order is as stated in Notice number 1501/122 in the Edinburgh Gazette number 25342 dated 13th December 2002 and in the Shetland Times dated 13th December 2002.

The Order comes into operation on 24th February 2003.
