ATOLLO SYSTEMS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 12th February 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Atollo Systems Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 12 Straiton Place, Edinburgh, EH15 2BB craving the Court inter alia that the said Atollo Systems Ltd be wound up by the Court, that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and in the meantime Matthew Purdon Henderson, Chartered Accountant of 1/4 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor of 12th February 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Matthew Purdon Henderson to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5, Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and in addition authorised the said Matthew Purdon Henderson to complete and effect the sale of the intellectual property, the know-how, the marketing materials and the tools of the company to Atollo Global Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong and having its registered office at 1 Capital Place, Wanchai, Hong Kong, all of which notice is hereby given.
