The estate of Thomas O’Connell, having a place of business and formerly residing at 514 Cumbernauld Street, Glasgow, G5 0JE, and now at 27 Langlea Drive, Cambuslang was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 10th February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan S Murray Esq CA, Messrs Kapoor & Murray, Craigie Hall, 6 Rowan Road, Glasgow G41 5BS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 16th January 2003.
