The estate of Kenneth George Ritchie, 4 Albert Street Lane, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire AB43 5JG was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 6th February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Michael J M Reid Esq CA, Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 23rd December 2002.
