Box 292, 47 Esplanade Street aforementioned and that Adrian Johnson of 5 Wilberforce Way, off Lauriston Road, Wimbledon Common, London SW19 4TH transferred that part of his interest in the Partnership represented by a Founder Contribution of £10.40 to Quentin Bergot of 74 rue de Gergovie, 75014 Paris, France and Roger Charlesworth of Daltons Farm, The Street, Plaxtol, Sevenoaks, Kent TN15 0QG and that Quorum Trustees Limited (as trustees of the Alex Insam Trust) transferred that part of their interest in the Partnership represented by a Founder Contribution of £9.52 to Roger Charlesworth of Daltons Farm aforementioned, Chrisophe Fercocq of Batiment A, 9 Rue de Rouvray, 92200 Neuilly sur Seine, France, Herve Franc of 10 Rue de la Republique, 78000 Versailles, France and Ivan Heywood of 127 High Street aforementioned.
