NOTICE Of APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, that an application has been made to SEPA by Castlegait Homes Limited for consent to discharge up to 58 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to the Cowgask Burn at NGR NN 9904 2268 from Balgowan Sawmill Housing Development, by Perth.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth not later than 25th July 2003 quoting reference WPC/E/0022825.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the above address.
