Notice is hereby given that on 10th June 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Hamewith Developments Limited having their Registered Office at 29 Manor Place, Edinburgh (“The Company”) craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed in which Petition, the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 10th June 2003 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clark at the Sheriff Court, 27 Chamber Street, Edinburgh within eight days after such publication, service or advertisement. All of which Notice is hereby given.
