Notice is hereby given that on 12th June 2003 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Falkirk by Colin Philip Scarsi, Foxbury Place, Stone Street, Seal, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 0LT and David Spence, 38 Commondale Drive, Hartlepool, Cleveland, TS25 2AN craving the court that Urethane Solutions Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with its registered office at Grangemouth Enterprise Centre, Falkirk Road, Grangemouth (“the company”) be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed and in the meantime that Iain William Wright, Chartered Accountant, Messrs Haines Watts, 1st Floor, James Miller House, 98 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1PJ be appointed provisional liquidator of the company in which petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 12th June 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within the 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement and appointed the said Iain William Wright to be provisional liquidator of the company with the powers specified in part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
