I, Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG, United Kingdom, hereby give notice that I was appointed Joint Receiver of the whole property and assets of the above company together with Gerard Anthony Friar in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 24th September 2003.

In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, Preferential Creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with me within six months of this date.
