Notice is hereby given that on 5th November 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the court inter alia that the said Graeme Dott Snooker Limited, with it Registered Office at 21 Stonelaw Road, Glasgow, G73 3TW, be restored to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor date 7th November 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 21 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which is hereby given.
