NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Duffield Morgan Ltd for consent to discharge 36.74 m3 per day of sewage effluent to the Carmel Water at NGR NS 434 424 from a sewage treatment plant serving the proposed development at Rowallan Castle, Kilmaurs.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, G74 5PP not later than 30th March 2004 quoting reference WPC/W/71150.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the above office of the Agency at all reasonable hours and by prior arrangement at the District Office at 31 Miller Road, Ayr, KA7 2AX. (Tel. 01292 294000).
