Notice to Creditors

A meeting of the creditors of Ceto Environmental Limited is to be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kintyre House, 209 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW at 10.00am on 18th March 2004 under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the report of the receivers and if the creditors wish to do so, to appoint a creditors’ committee.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting.
