NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Marine Harvest (Scotland) Ltd for consent to discharge 50,000 m3 per day of trade effluent to River Moriston at NGR NH 302 126 from Inchmore Hatchery. This application refers to an existing development but with an increased discharge flow from 18,145 m3 to 50,000 m3 per day.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 27th April 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71220.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
