NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above named Act that by the Gualin Nature Reserve De-Declaration 2003 dated 2nd February 2004 it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to 6232 acres or thereby, part of the Estate of Gualin (otherwise Gualinn) in the former County of Sutherland and now in Highland Council, (which land was included in the Gualinn Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 1972 made by the Natural Environment Research Council on the Fifteenth August, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy Two) is no longer a Nature Reserve with effect from 25th February 2004.

Certified Copies of the De-Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following 25th February 2004.
