NOTICE OF APPLiCATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd for consent to discharge 60 m3 per day of trade effluent to land at NGR HY4812 0853 from the Fire Training Ground, Kirkwall Airport, Orkney.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrars, SEPA Dingwall Office, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 27th July 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71370.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address and at the SEPA Orkney Office, Norlantic House, Scott’s Road, Kirkwall, Orkney, KW15 1RE.
