NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge 450 m3 per day of washwater to the River Dee at NGR NO 673 964 from Invercannie Water Treatment Works, Inchmarlo, Banchory.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Aberdeen AB11 9RD not later than 24th August 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71589.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
