NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that applications have been made to SEPA by Pan Ash Scotland Ltd for consent to discharge trade effluent to Controlled Waters. These applications refer to existing installations but include changes in release of residues used for treating sealice infestation at the following Marine Cage Fish Farm site(s):
