NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Joseph McAdam for consent to discharge 5.13m3 per day of sewage effluent to an unnamed tributary of Snipe Loch at NGR NS 387 179 from a septic tank, reed bed and partial soakaway serving a proposed development at Mossend Farm, Coylton, Ayrshire.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, G74 5PP, not later than 21st September 2004, quoting reference WPC/W/71701.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, G74 5PP during normal business hours, and by prior arrangement at SEPA, 31 Miller Road, Ayr, KA7 2AX (Tel: 01292 294000).
