NOTICE OF Application FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF Section 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that applications have been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge:

WPC/N/71850	-	Up to a maximum of 30 litres per second of screened sewage effluent to controlled waters at NGR NG 156 999 from East Loch Tarbert Wastewater Pumping Station (Combined Sewage Overflow (CSO))
WPC/N/71851	-	Up to a maximum of 30 litres per second of screened sewage effluent to controlled waters at NGR NG 156 999 from East Loch Tarbert Wastewater Pumping Station (Emergency Overflow (EO))

Any person who wishes to make representations about these applications should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 26th October 2004 quoting reference number WPC/N/71850 or WPC/N/71851.

Copies of the applications may be inspected free of charge at the above address or at the SEPA Western Isles office, No 2 James Square, James Street, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2QN.
