NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge:

WPC/N/71592	-	Up to a maximum of 30 litres per second of screened domestic sewage and surface water run-off discharged in storm conditions to controlled waters namely the River Enrick at NGR 250 830 from Milton of Glenurquhart Wastewater Pumping Station (Combined Sewage Overflow (CSO))
WPC/N/71594	-	Discharge of screened domestic sewage with/without surface water run-off discharged in emergency conditions to controlled waters namely the River Enrick at NGR 250 830 from Milton of Glenurquhart Wastewater Pumping Station (Emergency Overflow (EO))

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrars, SEPA Dingwall Office, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 2nd November quoting reference WPC/N/71592 or WPC/N/71594.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
