NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge the following:

Reference Number WPC/N/71991

Screened domestic sewage effluent and surface water run off discharged in storm conditions to Allt Duirinish at NGR NG 7842 3141 from Duirinish Pump Station.

Reference Number WPC/N/71992

63 m3 per day of primary treated sewage effluent to Port Cam, Inner Sound of Raasay at NGR NG 76980 31430 from Drumbuie Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Reference Number WPC/N/71999

Screened domestic sewage effluent and surface water run off discharged in emergency conditions to Allt Duirinish at NGR NG 7842 3141 from Duirinish Pump Station Emergency Overflow.

Reference Number WPC/N/72003

Screened domestic sewage effluent and surface water run off discharged in storm conditions to Port Cam, Inner Sound of Raasay at NGR NG 76980 31430 from Drumbuie Wastewater Treatment Plant Combined Sewer Overflow.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 30th December 2004 quoting the appropriate reference number(s).
