NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Mr Colin Gemmell for consent to discharge 10.6m3 per day of sewage effluent to the Trabboch Burn at NGR NS 4560 2220 from a septic tank and reed bed serving Nurseries Direct, Trabboch Road, Stair, Mauchline.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP, not later than 1 February 2005, quoting reference WPC/W/72162.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address and the District Office at 31 Miller Road, Ayr KA7 2AX (Tel 01292 294000).
