NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Moray Seafoods Limited for consent to discharge 2000m3 per day of trade effluent to the Moray Firth at NGR NJ 4209 6625 from 3-14 Low Street, Buckie.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen AB11 9RD, not later than 1 February 2005, quoting reference WPC/N/72169.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address or at the SEPA Elgin office, 28 Perimeter Road, Pinefield, Elgin IV30 6AF.
