Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that applications have been made to SEPA.

Scottish Water for consent to discharge up to 5,500 cubic metres per day of screened storm sewage to the River Spey at NGR NJ 3430 5991 from Fochabers Waste Water Treatment Plant, Fochabers, Morayshire.

Scottish Water for consent to discharge up to 1,500 cubic metres per day of screened and settled storm sewage to the River Spey at NGR NJ 3430 5991 from Fochabers Waste Water Treatment Plant, Fochabers, Morayshire.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry AB11 9RD not later than 21 June 2005 quoting reference number WPC/N/0072584 or WPC/N/0072586.

Copies of the applications may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
