NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by I & H Brown Limited for consent to discharge 30 m3 per day of treated trade effluent to the Shochie Burn at NGR NO 0853 2974 from Battleby Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth PH2 0PH not later than 24 June 2005 quoting reference WPC/E/0072629.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
