NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by International Fish Canners (Scotland) Ltd for consent to discharge 2500 m3 per day of treated fish processing waste water to the Moray Firth at NGR NJ 9985 6785 from Bath Street, Fraserburgh AB43 9DX.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen AB11 9RD not later than 28 June 2005 quoting reference WPC/N/0072610.

A copy of the application and supporting information may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
