NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947, propose to make the above mentioned Order extinguishing public rights of way, and to provide alternative rights of way in Newmacher, Aberdeenshire and Dyce, Bucksburn, Kingswells, and Milltimber within Aberdeen City, as described in the Schedule to this Order.
COPIES of the draft Order together with the relevant plans may be inspected, free of charge, during normal business hours, from 11 September 2007 to 26 October 2007 at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF; the offices of Aberdeenshire Council, Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen AB16 5GB; the offices of Aberdeen City Council, St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1AR; and the offices of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route Managing Agent, Aberdeen City Council, Willowbank House, Willowbank Road, Aberdeen AB11 6YG.
ANY PERSON may object to the making of the Order in writing by notice, to Alison Hughes, Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 OHF quoting reference RYC/G109/13/075 by 26 October 2007. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
