The estate of Heather MacArthur, residing at 30 Balfron Crescent, Hamilton ML3 9UJ, was made bankrupt at Hamilton Sheriff Court on 27 February 2007.

The Accountant in Bankruptcy as Permanent Trustee of the above estate of Heather MacArthur hereby intimates that the debtor has made an offer of composition of 100 pence in pound to her creditors on her whole debts. The Accountant in Bankruptcy holds the appropriate level of funds for this purpose. The debtor has undertaken to pay the whole expenses of the bankruptcy and the remuneration of the Permanent Trustee as part of such offer. The offer has been considered by the Accountant in Bankruptcy who recommends that it should be placed before the creditors for consideration and approval.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to claim in the offer of composition by returning the prescribed form to the Permanent Trustee.
