The estate of Joanna Leslie Roberts, 36 Kings Road, Forfar, Angus DD8 2BP and formerly 39 Glenmoy Terrace, Forfar, Angus DD8 1NS and formerly resided at 44 Dundee Loan, Forfar, Angus DD8 1EE and formerly resided at 42 Dundee Loan, Forfar, Angus DD8 1EE and formerly resided at 123 Glenmoy Terrace, Forfar, Angus DD8 1NU was sequestrated by the Accountant in Bankruptcy on 15 April 2008 and the Accountant in Bankruptcy is deemed to be appointed to act as Trustee in the sequestrated estate.

All creditors should note that the debtor meets the conditions set out in section 5(2B)(c)(ia) of the 1985 Act and that no dividend is expected and therefore creditors are not invited to submit claims in anticipation of a dividend, although the Accountant in Bankruptcy shall accept notification of sums outstanding to any creditor or of any other information relevant to the sequestration which a creditor may wish to draw to the attention of the Accountant in Bankruptcy.
