ORDER 2008

Glasgow City Council hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of:

1. DROCHIL STREET

A copy of the Order and relevant plan specifying the lengths of road to be stopped up may be inspected at the above address and times, by any person, free of charge during a period of 28 days from the date of publication of this notice. Within that period any person may, by notice to Development and Regeneration Services at the above address, object to the making of the Order. If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Order may be confirmed by the City Council as an unopposed Order.
