The Queen having been pleased to approve that Ms Gillian Glassford Aitkenhead MBE be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Dunbartonshire to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing the date 9 January 2009 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
