DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Fife to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 5 March 2009 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
