The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing date 14 August 2010 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing James Richard Ingleby to be Lord Lieutenant for the Area of Aberdeenshire.
