Notice is hereby given that on 8 December 2010 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Forfar by George Begg, residing at Kildonan, 17 Robertson Terrace, Forfar DD8 3JN and Andrew Gair, residing at 2A Lochbank Road, Forfar and John Fullerton residing at 6 Taylor Street, Forfar craving the court, inter alia, that Energy Number Developments Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 17 Robertson Terrace, Forfar DD8 3JN be restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition the Sheriff at Forfar by Interlocutor dated 13 December 2010 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, Market Street, Forfar DD8 3LA within 21 days after intimation, service and advertisement, all of which NOTICE is hereby given.
