The Queen having been pleased to approve that James Frederick Somerville Parker DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Stirling and Falkirk to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 25 July 2011 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
