Notice is hereby given that on 3 May 2013 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Parvez Akhtar, residing formerly at Flat 1/L, 54 Carnarvon Street, Glasgow G3 6HP and now at Flat 1/1, 9 Dunern Street, Glasgow G4 9ED for recall of sequestration, in which Petition for recall of sequestration Sheriff Deutsch by Interlocutor dated 7 May 2013 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within 14 days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
