The Queen has been pleased to approve that Colin Robert Vaughan Campbell DL, The Right Honourable Earl Cawdor be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Nairn to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 18 June 2013 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
