Notice is hereby given that by interlocutor dated 27 November 2013 of the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Livingston the Sheriff, having resumed consideration of the application recall of sequestration lodged by Alan Tolmie, formerly residing at 47 Huron Avenue, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 6LF and now residing at 18 Dewshill Cottages, Salsburgh, Shotts, Lanarkshire ML7 4NX, granted the application and recalled the award of sequestration dated 27 July 2012 all in terms of Section 17(1) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985.
