The Queen having been pleased to approve that Lt Col Richard Callander OBE TD DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Midlothian to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 27 February 2014 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
