Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4RF, on 30th January 1998, at 10 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, to be followed by the Final Meetings of Creditors at 10.15 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 11.15 a.m., 11.45 a.m. and 12.15 a.m., for the purposes of receiving accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up of each Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the appropriate Meetings may appoint another person as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Completed proxy forms to be used at the appropriate Meeting must be lodged at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4RF, by no later than 12 noon on 29th January 1998.
