Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Dinesh Shonchhatra and Davinder Sandhu, carrying on business as Estate and Letting Agents, at 77 High Street, Wealdstone, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 5DQ, under the style or firm of MAJOR ESTATES, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 8th December 1997 as far as concerns Davinder Sandhu who leaves the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the continuing partner who will continue to carry on the said business as sole proprietor under the style or firm of Major Estates.
