Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Robson Rhodes, St. George House, 40 Great George Street, Leeds LS1 3DQ, on 20th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up approval for the Liquidator to draw his fees and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.
