The Joint Liquidators of S.E.I.L. Trade Finance Limited give notice under the provisions of Rule 4.73 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that Creditors of the Company should submit details of their claims in writing to the Joint Liquidators. Creditors who have not already done so must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Joint Liquidators Anthony John Patrick Brereton and Gordon Christopher Horsfield, of Price Waterhouse, 101 Barbirolli Square, Lower Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3PW, quoting reference AJB/IPL by 30th January 1998, which is the last day for submitting claims.
