Notice is now given by a Deed Poll dated 3rd December 1997 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 30th December 1997, I, CARYS ELINOR JONES, of 40 Broadhurst Gardens, Reigate, Surrey RH2 8AW, married, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, Section 1(1) formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Edwards and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Jones instead of the surname of Edwards so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Carys Elinor Jones.
