Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24th November 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22nd December 1997, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of HASSAN KURTKAN, a child, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Gurbuz and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kurtkan.
