Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th October 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11th December 1997, COSTAS CONSTANTINOU, of 53 Buckleigh Avenue, Merton Park, London SW20 9LD, single, a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Kouspi and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Constantinou. 11th December 1997.
