Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 8(6) of Part II of Schedule 2C to the above Act, that the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has approved a transfer of certain general business from Fuji International Insurance Company Limited to Compagnie Europeenne d’Assurances des Marchandises et des Bagages S.A. HM Treasury, London. 5th January 1998.
