Notice is given that pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986, section 94, the Final Meeting of Members will be held at The Business Exchange, 23 Clayton Road, Hayes, Middlesex UB3 1AN, on 13th February 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and of receiving a report by me as Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by me. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. P. Rees, Liquidator
