Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that A. Bondfield, of Rochford Hundred Golf Club, of Rochford Hall, Hall Road, Rochford, Essex SS4 1NW, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 8/37/44/27 to abstract water from Eastwood Brook, between National Grid References TQ 870 900 and TQ 872 901, at Rochford Hundred Golf Course, in Rochford District.
  The variation being applied for is an increase on existing abstraction licence to new maximum figures of 11,350 cubic metres, between 1st May and 31st October in any year, and with a maximum of 455 cubic metres per day, and 19 cubic metres per hour, for the purpose of spray irrigation.
  A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Rochford Hundred Golf Club, between 8th January 1998 and 15th February 1998.
  Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Eastern Area, Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9JE, before the end of the said period.
