The Barnet (Mill Hill) (On-Street Parking Places) (1996, No. 2) (Amendment No. ) Order 199

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make an Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 51, and Parts I and III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.   The general effect of the Barnet (Mill Hill) (On-Street Parking Places) (1996, No. 2) (Amendment No. ) Order 199  is to amend the existing controlled parking zone in Mill Hill so that amended pay and display parking bays operate as specified in Schedule 1 to this notice and additional residents only bays are introduced as specified in Schedule 2 to this notice.   A copy of the existing and proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statment of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is dated at:   (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ;   (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section), telephone number 0181-359 4330 or 0181-359 4333.   Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services (Traffic Section), London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within the aforementioned period of 21 days.
